OPEN ENROLLMENT IS
AUGUST 24 – SEPTEMBER 4
Dunlop Sports Americas (DSA) is having Open Enrollment from August 24th through September 4th. Open Enrollment is your once a year opportunity to add, remove, or make changes to your benefits. Be sure to log in to Paycom and complete your elections by September 4. Your new benefits begin October 1, 2026.
There are significant changes occurring with our medical plan. To understand the reasoning behind those changes please watch the video on the left from the DSA Leadership Team. Review the What’s New section below and visit the 2026-2027 Benefits page for your location for more information.
How to Enroll
Enroll in Paycom starting August 24th until September 4th.
Life and disability enrollment
To enroll in Mutual of Omaha life and disability benefits, email Celi Castaneda at celicastaneda@clevelandgolf.com. Remember, if you wish to increase your voluntary life insurance amounts, you will need to fill out an Evidence of Insurability form online. Mutual of Omaha will review your form and make a determination on your coverage.
voluntary benefits enrollment
To enroll in Colonial Life voluntary benefits like Accident, Critical Illness, or Short-Term Disability, you must contact a Colonial Life representative. You will only be able to add, remove, or change these benefits during the Open Enrollment period. They will not appear as options on Paycom, so make sure you schedule an enrollment appointment with a Colonial Life Benefits Specialist.
Open Enrollment Meetings
To make your Open Enrollment experience easier, DSA is offering a variety of in-person and virtual meetings to answer questions and help with the enrollment process. Each meeting will last approximately 60 minutes.

Qualifying Life Events
Outside of New Hire and Open Enrollment, your only other opportunity to make changes to your benefits is if you experience a Qualifying Life Event (QLE). These events are significant life events like getting married, having a child or a dependent losing other coverage. If you experience a QLE, you MUST submit your request for change and documentation to Human Resources within 30 days of the effective date of the event.
